Night Divas donation to Flower Pot Raffle

The quilt bee that I belong to, "Night Divas", finished our donation basket this weekend.  It will be part of the Flower Pot Raffle at the West Houston Quilters Guild Show in April.

All of the items had to be secured in the picnic basket, so We took a picture of the contents to display at the show.

A large Picnic Basket, 4 Family Aprons,  Chef Hat for Dad,  Tablerunner, 6 Placemats, 6 Napkins, 4 Potholders and two Outdoor/Grilling books.  Not bad for a bee with three members.

The picture below is everything in the basket, with shrink wrapping, for transporting and displaying.

If you live in or near the Katy, TX area, come to our show on April 8th and 9th.  It will be at the Leonard E. Merrell Center, 6301 South Stadium Lane, Katy, TX, 77494.  It will be hosted by the West Houston Quilters Guild.  Our website is www.whqg.org. and our theme is "In A Quilter's Garden".  Hope to see you there.

  1. Hi Helen,

Those aprons are adorable! I recently became a follower of your blog and thought you might want to do the same at decolourant.blogspot.com
deColourant is a new prodcut from Kandi Corp that quilters are loving. It removes and replaces the color from natural dyed fabrics such as cotton, hemp, wool, silk, etc. It is easy to use and gives off a slight citrus smell. All information on deColourant can be read at www.harbor-sales.com and ordering can be done at the toll free number below. The blog features news, specials and more. Have a great afternoon!
